We had Keith Brent from The Roof Doctor out to give an estimate for a new roof. After meeting with Keith we decided that he was the guy we wanted to do business with. He’s very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The roof looks great and we would not hesitate to do business with him and the company he represents.

We’ve been working with the Roof Doctor for many years now and have always been pleased with their service. We had worked with Keith on some smaller repairs in the past and reached out to him again when it was time to replace our roof. Keith is very competent and answered all our questions and concerns before we committed to the project.

Unfortunately, two weeks before the work on our roof was supposed to begin, we had a sudden leak in our roof. We reached out to Keith for help and he was as always prompt to respond to our texts/phone calls. The Roof Doctor crew tarped the roof to stop any further water damage and the company didn’t charge us for the service. When it came time to replace the roof Keith remained in contact with us during the work and afterwards. We’re very pleased with our new roof and the peace of mind knowing we can reach out to Keith if he we have any questions or concerns in the future.

Roof Doctor was amazing. We had a complete roof replacement and gutters done by them. They were quick but meticulous. The took great care of our yard and were diligent in their clean up. Chris was kind and communicative. Everyone we spoke to was very forthcoming and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience! Would absolutely recommend.

First roofing service from Roof Doctor was 23-years ago.
30-year Pabco materials used at that time. Here we are 23-years later and reinstalling 30-year Pabco materials once again. Both services went over without a hitch, gripe, or argument. Roof Doctor even came back with no complaints to reaccess our vent situation and resolved the issue on the spot. I wouldn’t recommend anyone or any other roofing business.
The Doctor knows best! You won’t be disappointed! We know we’re good for another 20-30 years!
Thanks to all; Tyson provided excellent customer service and an honest no worry estimate. The onsite supervisor was excellent and answered all my questions and resolved any concerns. His crew were courteous, fast, and clean as they worked professionally to get our job done. Everyone arrived onsite by 0730 and drove away totally cleaned up and finished by 5:45; a full days work. Great job Roof Doctor✨✨✨✨✨five stars again; cheers…

We had our roof replaced this summer 2025 and could not be happier with Roof Doctor. We origionally had an estimate done the summer of 2024 but was not able to afford (we're retired) until this summer. The change in price was minimal. More importantly, when the city inspector came out, he checked for 2 things and both were done. I checked with 3 neighbors who had used other services and those items were not done.

The crew arrived at the time they said they would and completed all work the same day. They were professional, they never used fowel language and they even came with their own port-a-pottie. they didn't even leave any trash behind.

Keith was our main contact and the person who oversaw the crew, We also talked with Chris (I believe the owner). Between the 2 men, we were constantly kept up to date.

I would recommend the Roof Doctor not only to my friends, but also to my family!

We recently had to replace our roof. We initially called The Roof Doctor to come out and give us an estimate for moss treatment. Keith took a look and gave us some good news and bad news. Good news, we didn’t need a moss treatment. Bad news, we needed a new roof. I knew it was likely time. So it wasn’t a big surprise. Keith walked us through our options. We ended up replacing the roof on our (detached) garage and our patio that joins the house to the garage. It all came out looking fantastic! They got it all done in one (long) day. We also had our gutters replaced, and the gutter installers did a bang up job as well. They will be back shortly to re-roof an additional garage. I highly recommend The Roof Doctor!

Regarding the Roof Doctor: We are more than pleased with everything they have done and will be employing them again soon for other needs with our old house.

Keith Brent provided excellent communications and with infinite patience about all our questions and concerns. And... solid answers.

Keith is an exemplary project manager with a hands on approach to every thing here we had the company work on. When we had additional needs outside the scope of The Roof Doctor, he provided names of other, equally reliable and conscientious firms.

Charles Graydon and his crew were great. I originally just asked for a quote for a tear-off as I have always done my own roofs.
The quote was so reasonable that I had Charles give me a quote for the whole job. It was a fair price and at 72, I really, really wasn't looking forward to another roof job.

He said they'd be in and out in a day. I didn't believe him:)
Sure enough, the crew showed up at 7:30 and were done by 6:00
The new roof looks awesome. Clean up was great you would never have known a roofing crew had been there that day. Not a scrap of debris left. They even took one of those magnetic rollers and made sure no roofing nails left behind.

I would highly recommend that you give them a call if you are in need of a new roof. I really think you will be glad you did. I know I am.

This is our third time using The Roof Doctor for repair, we decided because our experience was so great we would ask them to just replace the roof. Man, did they deliver. Short notice day had an opening, they showed up right on time, immediately began working, replaced plywood and overhang support, and everything new, it looks incredible. The crews were very professional, and operated like a finely oiled machine. They were complete around 3:30pm, no trash or garbage anywhere, and the roof looks incredible. Keith and Christopher were very punctual, professional, and answered all our questions. If you’re in doubt about using these guys, don’t be. Their quality, workmanship, professionalism, and efficiency are second to none. I’d give ten stars if I could!

I had a very good experience with the Roof Doctor. Manuel was very knowledgeable and provided exactly what we agreed upon (roof cleaning main roof with wire brush, new shingles on patio roof, skylights, new ridge cap, aluminum railings). He was easy to work with and went the extra mile...the house looks great and the 15 yr old leak was fixed.

Last summer, our concrete tile roof needed to go away. We loved it but gutter overflow had caused some wet rot in a corner of the soffit and trim boards. Those tiles sometimes caused water back up into the skylight area where the tiles dipped and didn't drain as well. Hubby, at 82, is no longer allowed to go up on the roof and fix this...

We had been driving down Highway 99 and saw their Roof Doctor sign. Now, this is an old sign - which told me they were an older, established company. We went with them! Bid was good (right where we figured it would be). We appreciated the good advice on roof color and quality to choose (it will outlive me...), and excellent troubleshooting on the wet rot (they provided the trim and soffit boards beforehand so I could paint them in the garage - no one had to do 2nd story ladder work painting trim and soffit pieces afterwards - yay!!).

Short story aside: I had bats in my tile roof (like how are you going to keep them out of hundreds of openings?). It was really important to me that they all be 'cleared' before the underlayment ply went on (older house - no plywood under the tile). They were so kind and made sure 'my' bats were out - all 6!

Impressed with the roof shingle design around vents, skylights, etc. for runoff - it looks beautiful. This was a major expense for us; we are glad we made the decision to use this company. Thank you, Roof Doctor, for a very nice job.

I am a home owner for the past 30 years. Six months ago I bought a new construction property in Tumwater.
5 weeks ago, due to heavy winds , one of the limbs of a mature Douglas Fir tree in my neighbor’s back yard toppled on my brand new roof. I was devastated
I researched a few local roofing companies as I didn’t want to take any risk of giving the repair project to just another roofing company.
After using a good judgment and discernment, I decided to call the Roof Doctor.
Keith the project manager showed up within 15 mts of my call to the office.
I am beyond measure thankful and grateful I called the Roof Doctor.

Keith is very kind , extremely caring and nonetheless very Loyal to his company , his customers and to the insurance company.

Keith performed the initial diagnosis of the damage upon his very first visit and wrote me a good faith estimate.
I was advised by Keith to let him know once the insurance has decided to send for an inspection so he can assist the insurance adjuster.
It was a total courtesy extended by Keith to be there to assist the insurance adjuster. Nobody offers such a generosity to provide this kind of an exceptional service.

Insurance adjuster found Keith’s assistance extremely helpful and was able to send the approval of the claim without any delay.

Due to the back log of the customers who were on the list before me, Keith placed me on the schedule.

During the waiting period, Keith came out once again as a courtesy to check on the security of the tarp on the damaged area of roof.

I got a call from Keith the day before roof repair took place. I was given a heads up I may be bumped up in case there is a cancellation.

On the repair day , I got a text message from Keith that his team is on their way.
Keith and his team were punctual , super Efficient, and cleaned up really well.

Once the job was completed, Keith came over to do his review of the work completed and made sure everything was picked up and no mess left behind.

I cannot see this in enough words , The Roof Doctor is a reliable and trustworthy company with great leadership team, consistency of communication, follow up and super ethical people with great workmanship.

Big shout-out to Keith Brent and the talented team at Roof Doctor. They just put a 40-year roof and new gutters on this 90-year old bungalow. It’s awesome!

Old homes are complicated. They require one-off attention to detail in ways that most newer homes don’t. I had a hard time finding any other roofing firm willing (able?) to even bid on this replacement.

Keith was undaunted and seemed to really enjoy the uniqueness of the project. He helped me think through the “known unknowns” I’d be facing and the options I had for each of those before I made any decisions. I felt as informed as I could be going into this, given the givens. Talk to him about the difference between 30-year and 40-year shingles! Minor increase in cost for significantly better product and terms. Stuff like that to help make this not just a huge investment, but a really good one. He’s got an eye for design details, too, if you’re looking to bounce ideas as you explore your roofing and gutter options.

The teams they assembled on site were great - top quality professionals in every aspect, including having them onsite. Which wasn’t long. One full day and a few guys here another half day. Gutters a few days later. It took less than half a day for them to be made onsite and installed. It was convenient having Roof Doctor handle the gutter subcontractor - it was seamless, one point of contact. Roof Doctor handled everything.

I appreciated the chance to get in to parts of this old house that haven’t been accessible in decades. The guys running the project gave me a little time to take a look and tended to a couple of quick repairs along the way. Really appreciated the opportunity for that. This roof will get her to 130 years old, at least.

No sugar-coating it - this was a big expense for me. And it was a really good investment. I’m totally satisfied.
